Return/Exchange Policies

The information below refers to your obligations and rights, as well as exclusions and limitations you are subject to as a customer. Please read it carefully.

The GlamourWeave™ team will do their best to match your orders to your specifications. Nevertheless, since our extensions are made of virgin human hair and every single piece comes from a different donor, we cannot guarantee the same texture or color for each item. Our natural hair wefts range from straight and wavy to curly patterns, while the color may vary between a natural 1b and 2.

Sometimes lighter pieces are available upon request, but we cannot guarantee this on a regular basis. Should you be displeased with the texture or color of the hair pieces you receive, we will be glad to exchange your order ONE TIME ONLY.

Return Policy

Our quality control is performed at a high level and all GlamourWeave™ products are rigorously checked to ensure you receive the highest quality possible. All sales are final given the nature of our products.

According to our policy no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Replacements

All GlamourWeave™ products are high quality and 100% guaranteed.

Please remember thatnatural hair reacts to washing and conditioning, so any concerns or issues regarding our products can be avoided if a simple hair care routine is followed. For best results use the GlamourWeave™ hair care range with your hair extensions. However, should you consider that any of the products you received from us is defective, do not hesitate to contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.Even if we do not make refunds, we will consider the matter immediately.

Please note that the following treatments will void the Product Defect Exchange Policy:

If we inspect and agree that your product was somehow defective, we will then proceed with the replacement of the item.

If you decide to go for a product in exchange of greater value, you will need to pay any extra costs to cover the price of the item.

Since removing extensions can be costly, we are willing to provide an $80 credit to the customer for a future purchase ONLY IF GlamourWeave™ determines that the product was defective.

Exchanges

Occasionally GlamourWeave™, at its absolute discretion, may decide to exchange items or parts of an item in the following cases:

The exchange request should be made within 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase. Requests made beyond this time limit will not be honored.

Merchandise that has already been used or altered (cut, brushed, picked, combed, processed, hair was removed from the weft, etc.) will not be accepted.

Since human hair extensions are considered hygienic products, items that have already been used (e.g. tried on, hair was removed from the bundle) cannot be returned according to the Federal law. GlamourWeave™ adheres to all these policies for hygiene and public safety concerns, so please return your item(s) in their original package and resalable condition as a compulsory hair precaution. Your Exchange and Replacement guarantees become null and void if the hair was colored, permed, rinsed, lifted, removed from the weft or otherwise processed.

We will only exchange products for something of the same or greater value. Refunds will not be provided.
